The 9-metre deep excavation incorporated a luxury swimming pool and featured exposed architectural concrete finishes that showcase our precision formwork expertise.
Despite an exceptionally high water table that would challenge many contractors, our team implemented a sophisticated solution combining secant piled cofferdam construction with continuous dewatering operations, ensuring safe, dry working conditions throughout.
The project scope extended to constructing the reinforced concrete frame for the new residence above, providing seamless integration between basement and superstructure.
