Completed in just three months during 2014, the Four Seasons project involved full-scope reinforced concrete construction delivered by O’Sullivan Civil Engineering. The works commenced with professional installation of RIW Structureseal waterproof membrane system, providing robust protection against water ingress. Our experienced team then fixed extensive steel reinforcement and constructed precision formwork for large-scale concrete walls and structural slabs.
