We constructed a new basement level beneath the property’s existing rear garden, preserving the outdoor amenity while adding substantial underground accommodation. The technical scope included deep underpinning works to support and protect existing garden boundary walls during excavation, comprehensive temporary works installations, and precision engineering throughout.
