The Cowleaze Road mixed-use development, completed in 2012, exemplifies O’Sullivan Civil Engineering’s capability in comprehensive commercial and residential construction from foundations to frame completion.
This substantial project combined basement car park construction with multi-storey concrete frame build, requiring coordinated planning and execution throughout.
Our scope included construction of large pad foundations and ground beam systems providing foundation support for the development, basement excavation and construction for underground parking facilities, specialist car stacking pit installation maximizing parking capacity in limited space, extensive steel reinforcement installation, progressive reinforced concrete frame construction across multiple levels, precision lift shaft formwork and construction, and ground floor slab placement.
