A full-depth basement formed beneath an occupied Victorian terrace and rear garden at Holland Villas Road, west London. Works included temporary steel propping to support the ground floor during excavation, sequential perimeter retaining wall construction, underpinning of the existing structure, and a reinforced concrete floor slab – all completed while maintaining the integrity of the neighbouring properties
