O’Sullivan Civil Engineering constructed a large reinforced concrete basement for a high-specification private new build house in Reigate, Surrey. The scope covered the complete below-ground structure: bulk excavation, DPM waterproofing membrane, steel mesh reinforcement, boom-pumped waterproof concrete base slab, modular steel formwork, and in-situ waterproof concrete retaining walls to all four sides.
This project demonstrates O’Sullivan’s capability as a specialist RC basement contractor for private residential clients, architects and structural engineers across Surrey and the South East.
